Returns & Refunds

At Ghana Ladies, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Clear photos of the issue

• A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, cancellations or modifications may only be possible within a short time after ordering.
