Stunning Turquoise

Originally popularised in the 1940s and then again in the 80s, the peplum dress is making a comeback finally! A flattering and flirty silhouette is trendy. Both spring and winter runways were awash with vintage-inspiration; accented ruffled. I instantly fell in love with the turquoise colour and fit of this peplum dress on this striking Ghanaian diva, it’s definitely a fabulous colour and the lovely detailed collar has the same coloured mesh. The pumps are cute but I would have worn the dress with a pair of silver heels, clutch and jewellery instead, as silver complements turquoise perfectly. But that’s just me, this dress is so gorgeous!
