Bowties With a Feminine Twist

I’ve been a long-time fan of “menswear” for women whether it’s a tailored suit, trouser pants, top hat, or bow tie. And I must say I totally love this Ghanaian lady’s quirky sense of style in this most colourful oversized bowtie. And from the size of it, I am assuming this bow can be worked a multitude of ways: In your hair, on a shirt, or as an accent to a skirt. Her sense of African-ness definitely seeps through with the addition of those chunky colourful bangles and her playful personality speaks volumes through those oversized earrings
She has most definitely succeeded in achieving a preppy look in this ensemble. Wouldn’t you agree?
